Font: Arial

Chapter Number: 14 pt. CAPS

Title: 14 pt. BOLD CAPS

Subheads: 12 pt. Bold CAPS

Stories within Subheads: 12 pt. Bold Title Font

Text: 12 pt.

Thoughts will be written in italics, with no quotes.

Definitions: “quotes and italics”

Footers: 9 pt.

Footer Format:

            Name of Book by (Author’s Name)

            Chapter X: (Title)

Font Colors

Client’s copy: Blue

Client’s comments: pink

Winnie’s copy: Violet

Winnie’s comments: sea green

File Names, Archiving

When you receive a file from me, it will have a suffix that shows when I last worked on it, such as chapter one.ws.070802. When you send it back with your changes, please also change the suffix, so the file name then becomes Chapter One.(your initials).071102.
